It is recommended that you e-mail a complete description of the problem to the Help Desk so that it is date/time-stamped to facilitate future tracking of your request. Whether your request is by email or by phone, please include the following information: your name, library name, 4-character reQuest code, and phone number. If you are having difficulty accessing a specific reQuest service, please provide the following additional information:

PAC Administration - please provide your unique password if different from the default.

ILL - A-G will reset your password to the default if you report that you are unable to log into the system.

WebCAT - A-G will reset your password to the default if you report that you are unable to log into the system. This (WebCAT only) requires an overnight process to take effect.

AGCat - A-G will reset your password to the default if you report that you are unable to log into the system. For other problems, please supply both your unique username and password.
