The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) functions in reQuest allow
libraries to identify holding locations and initiate requests for materials
from other reQuest ILL libraries. Patrons can initiate and track their own
requests and can have requests produced on their behalf by library staff. The
system tracks the current status of all requests allowing both borrowing and
lending libraries to monitor fulfillment rates, turn-around time, and current
location of library materials.
