iCONN On Your Desktop
A service of the Connecticut State Library and your local library in partnership with the Department of Higher Education.

Now it's even easier to get to iCONN.  Download the iCONN image below to your computer's desktop. Then you can simply click on the image to get to iCONN. All you need to do is:

  1. Right-click on the iCONN image to the right.
  2. Select "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link Target As" (Netscape) when the menu appears
  3. Select the drop-down menu when the next window appears
  4. Select "Desktop" from the menu
  5. Click on the "Save" button

Note: If you use a Macintosh computer, the image above will not work but you can create your own Macintosh-compatible link on your desktop by following these instructions:

  1. Go to iCONN
  2. Click on "Favorites" and "ADD" (iCONN shows up on the bottom of the favorites list)
  3. Go to "Organize Favorites"
  4. Go to the bottom of the list and drag the iCONN link to the desktop.
