Problem Reports

A service of the Connecticut State Library and your local library in partnership with the Department of Higher Education.

Many access problems are caused by incompatible browsers and firewall configurations. Please be sure you have checked the following: You are using Internet Explorer (IE) 5.5 (or higher) or Netscape 6.2 (or higher). Note: AOL and SBC browsers must be minimized so that you can use IE or Netscape. See browser requirements for individual databases. Cookies and Java Script are enabled. All popup blockers are disabled. Library staff have checked that their firewalls and servers are properly configured. See Firewall and Server requirements for individual databases.
